Live.com Beta for Mobile is available now!

Our colleagues on the mobile team just finished work on the Live.com Beta for mobile, and we've been very impressed with the results. If you've ever wanted to use Live.com from anywhere, this is the product you've been waiting for!

The gadgets (weather, stock and horoscope) and RSS feeds you set up on your first personalized Live.com page will travel with you, which means you can get the same news and blogs that you read on Live.com wherever you are. Simply point the browser on your mobile device to http://mobile.live.com/ and follow the links to the “Live.com Beta.”

The Live.com Beta for mobile also provides super easy access to other mobile Windows Live services such as your Windows Live Mail inbox, or Windows Live Spaces  simply by using the Service bar, which features the product icons and can be found right below the search bar.

Since it's in beta, the team really needs your feedback to help create a better product. Give it a whirl the next time you are out and about with a little down time – on a bus, in a waiting room, at a flight’s departure gate, virtually anywhere... and let the mobile team know your thoughts by using this form: http://feedback.live.com/eform.aspx?productkey=wlcommobile&mkt=en-us

You can learn more about the beta at ideas.live.com and check out the team's blog at itsallmobile.spaces.live.com to find out more about what they're up to.

Has anyone noticed they are unable to view their personalized page via their Windows Mobile device?  I recently upgraded to the BlackJack II and I'm no longer able to view my personalized page.  It defaults to the crappy mobile.live.com page that does nothing but list links to the Live Services and shows none of my feeds and personalizations.  I want to see the same personalized page on my mobile.  What happened?  I even tried viewing it with Opera Mobile...and no luck there either.  I'm assuming it is my phone, but why isn't this the default or why can't we choose to view our personalized page as an option via mobile?

Hi... trying to resolve a problem with my Windows Live space. Somehow my space is being redirected to other websites. Can't seem to find the problem or perhaps someone hacked into my site. Noticed a few other blogs I like to read have the same problem. Hope you can advice on how to resolve.  ~Mystic

Any plans for this to work in Canada? The weather app only allows Zip Codes even though the label says "Postal Code"

The blog states that you will only be able to see the first page. Take a sec and read all the info. From the device I use, it does not look all that bad. If I organize my first tab the way I want to see it, I can make it more tailored to my device.

Hopefully, the ability to choose which tabs move with the user will be pushed out. But for a beta, it does the trick....for now.

What I would like to see is the ability to change what appears under the live.com "jewel" Its a good nifty feature but you have ruined it by placing random links on different sites.

Diito - I only see my first page, which happens to be RSS news feeds from local newspapers that I selected.

Again, can only see first page.. but does not have all the feeds, only the weather gadget.
Could you consider a Tab in Live.com that can be called 'mobile', and this is the default page when browsing from mobile.live.com
